Shipping policy

Orders are shipped as soon as they are finished typically via FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Expedite orders are available and ship either FedEx Ground, 2-day, Overnight or USPS Priority Mail.

Orders shipped outside the US may incur additional duties or taxes. Purchaser is responsible for all additional fees. We are charging actual shipping fees only.

Orders are packaged carefully, however, sometimes damage can occur during shipping. If an item arrives damaged, feel free to contact us at info@idoengravables.com. In most cases, the customer will need to submit a claim to be reimbursed by the carrier. If we agree to remake the item, the purchaser will be responsible for additional product fees including the shipping.

Mother Nature will periodically delay packages due to inclement weather. Please plan accordingly.

All orders are shipped 1st Class Mail, Priority Mail via USPS or FedEx.
