I placed an order and mistakenly wrote the wrong year for the "need by" date. I would just like to say that the customer service has been INCREDIBLE! I sent an email and I received an email with clarifying information and a phone call offering to rectify the challenge. I haven't even received the frame but I am impressed by the customer service that has been shown by Barb at I Do Engravables. SO I knew I wanted something creative and different for my guestbook. Nothing that I would put away never to look at again, but also something that was fun and interactive for my guests. For a large Indian wedding, I ordered their largest size with a custom frame... it was worth every cent because people are still complimenting me on our guestbook! The frame comes with a diamond tip pen that actually engraves the fram as your guests write. Pretty cool huh? We put in an engagement photo of us and laid it flat on the greeting table for people to sign. It is now a classy and elegant fixutre in our new home!

I encourage the company to do as many bridal shows as possible. After seeing this product online I was very impressed, but decided that I did not want to purchase one unless I could see it in person first. This is a completely new type of product that people are not familiar with. Personally, I did not know if I would be satisfied with the signature engraving. I went to the Houston Bridal Extravaganza in July just to see this product and I was very impressed. I am sure that there are other brides, as well as other types of customers, that may feel the same way. Good luck with the company.

The platter was a big hit!! So much so that the gift opening stopped for about 10 minutes for everyone to admire and look at the platter. The groom LOVED it!! He was so excited about it that he insisted that everyone pass it around and begin to sign it. The next day he called his mother to tell her about the gift. Everyone was so impressed with the platter and the idea behind it. In fact I gave your website to another guest of the shower, because she liked it so much and hoped to buy from you in the future. The couple is bringing it to the wedding for the guest to sign as well. I spoke to the mother of the bride this past weekend and she says that the platter is one of the couples most favorite gifts!!! I was looking for unique things to have at my wedding that would set mine apart from every other weddings I have attended. The platter was the perfect item. The guest thought the platter was very clever. I also hate to have memories that simple go in a box and take up space.
