We are proud to offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on every one of our un-engraved products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our product, simply return it with proof of purchase within 30 days and we will refund your purchase price less shipping.

Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect*.

After processing your return, you will receive a receipt of credit or a refund check within 2-3 business days (form of credit is dependent upon your initial type of payment). If you wish to make an exchange, we will issue the requested changes to your order and process it upon receipt of the returned portion of the order. You are responsible for the postage and insurance to ship the merchandise back to "I Do" Engravables.  Returns or exchanges must be received in sufficient time to allow turn-around and shipping via UPS Ground to arrive in time for your special event. 

"I Do" Engravables is not responsible for credit of shipping costs or return shipping costs. Credit on returns is limited to original item cost minus a 25% restocking charge. "I Do" Engravables cannot be held liable beyond original replacement costs of products received. 

Our staff works hard to ensure that you receive your merchandise safely. If an item has been damaged during shipping, please email customer service within 48 hours of receiving your package. Please provide your invoice number for a quick resolution. We will replace your damaged merchandise immediately. Damaged items that have been personalized will be replaced with the exact same engraving as originally requested.  Once a shipment has left "I Do" Engravables, the responsibility and ownership of the product has transferred to the shipping company and the customer. If any product is damaged during transit or is delayed and does not arrive within the specified transit time (i.e. up to 5 day UPS Ground), claims after 48 hours and any possible reimbursements are an issue that is between the customer and the shipping company. Many shipping companies require that original packing material be kept until the claim is settled.

Engraving Changes.  All engraving must be reviewed upon order placement by the customer and it is the customer's responsibility to contact us immediately with corrections. We are not responsible for misspellings, punctuation, spacing or any errors made by the customer when placing the order.  Please check your engraving order very carefully to ensure all information is correct.  Our system pulls the text to be engraved directly from the customers order and cannot check for errors.  Orders are typically processed when we receive them and any changes/corrections to engraving must be identified immediately after the order is placed.

*Please note that each of our platters and signature mats are made by the traditional craft of foundry sand molding. It's a detailed process, where sand molds are filled with molten metal, cooled and hand-finished one at a time. Minor differences add to the unique characteristics of each piece.
