Exactly when will my package be delivered? UPS Ground packages are delivered to residential addresses Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., and to business addresses during their normal business hours Monday through Friday. UPS Ground packages cannot be scheduled to arrive at a specific time of day. How do I get a tracking number for my order? You will be sent an e-mail shipping confirmation of orders shipped with the method of shipment and the tracking number.

Rush Orders:  If you event is within the next 5 business day please contact to ensure the item is in stock and can be processed in time to arrive at your special event.

We now offer shipping to Canada and the United Kingdom via United States Postal Service.  If you are shipping to any other country we offer a very reliable service called Bongo.
