Engravable Signature Mats:  We laser engrave our Signature Mats which produces a very crisp, silver-white look to the text and/or logo.  This method best resembles the look of the signatures produced by the Signature Engraving Scribe. 
Platters:  All of our platters are engraved by the traditional process of diamond drag engraving which physically cuts into the surface.

Engraving Changes/Corrections: All engraving must be reviewed upon order placement by the customer and it is the customer’s responsibility to contact us immediately with corrections.  We are not responsible for misspellings, punctuation, spacing or any errors made by the customer when placing the order.  Please check your engraving order very carefully to ensure all information is correct.  Our system pulls the text to be engraved directly from the customers order and cannot check for errors.  Orders are typically processed when we receive them and any changes/corrections to engraving must be identified immediately after the order is placed.

Rush Shipments: Engraving will not slow or prevent your order from being expedited. Our in-house engravers will engrave your order at the same time it is being prepared for shipment.

Proofs: Typically proofs are not needed unless you have a complicated layout or a unique request.  We will email a proof to you upon request for a $10 charge.
